The Conservatory hosts a large number of Asian wedding celebrations throughout the year and are very experienced in doing so, ensuring that traditional values and practices are kept in place whilst respecting the thoughts and ideas of each individual couple.

We appreciate that not only do you need the space to accommodate a large number of guests for your reception, but you also want your day to be as special as possible. This is where The Conservatory is truly unique, as it can seat up to 320 guests for a sit down meal, but also has the most breathtaking surroundings for you and your guests to enjoy.

The beautiful 18th century Walled Garden is the perfect spot for you to greet your guests, before moving into the marquee for the main part of your day. The venue has fantastic flexibility with two adjacent areas, one of which can be used for a drinks reception or religious ceremony, and the other for the main meal and evening party. If you choose to have a Hindu ceremony at Painshill, we welcome you to have a sacred fire in a mandap and we will also provide your priest with a microphone, ensuring all of your guests can hear the special service.

Painshill has several catering options; you are welcome to use our preferred caterer Touch of Taste, or you can pay a discounted outside catering fee if you use Payal or Greenleaf Catering Services. Alternatively you can choose your own caterer however there will be a full outside catering fee of £1500+VAT and they will be subject to prior agreement and must carry all the necessary insurance and health and safety documents.
